Plan #1 - Annual Heating System Tune-Up
INCLUDES:
- 8 Point System Check & Maintenance
1) Clean, lubricate and adjust burner
2) Replace nozzle and oil filter
3) Inspect and adjust burner and controls
4) Vacuum and clean boiler or furnace
5) Inspect combustion chamber
6) Vacuum and clean smoke pipe
7) Clean and inspect chimney base
8) Visual inspection of oil piping and tank

Plan #2 - Comfort Plan
INCLUDES:
- 8 Point System Check & Maintenance
- The TankSure® Program
- Emergency Service & Labor Coverage
During the life of this agreement, we will provide dependable, prompt emergency service 24 hours a day. Emergency service constitutes: NO HEAT, SERIOUS FUEL LEAKS, OR DANGEROUS SITUATIONS. All other regular service will be performed during normal hours, M-F 8am - 4pm.
Plan #3 - Total Comfort Plan - BEST VALUE!
Same quality protection and maintenance as the Comfort Plan PLUS Extended Parts Protection! The right choice for those who want complete peace-of-mind and worry-free comfort.
