I (We) authorize Wever Petroleum Inc. to contact Bank and Trade references listed above, and authorize these references and banks to disclose financial information as requested by Wever Petroleum Inc.
PERSONAL GUARANTY
I hereby personally guarantee, in an individual capacity, any and all debt incurred as a result of the purchase of material and service from the selling companies, by any agent, employee or representative of the applicant. I hereby agree to pay a finance charge of two percent (2%) per month [twenty four percent (24%) per annum] on all outstanding invoices extending beyond thirty (30) days from the time of sale. I understand the seller has the right to declare all indebtedness on said account due and payable if the applicant defaults in making payment(s) when due. If the applicant defaults and this account is referred to an attorney for collection, the seller has the right to collect reasonable attorneys’ fees in the collection of the debt owed by the applicant. The seller may limit the amount of credit to be extended hereunder or terminate this account, but the seller may avail itself of the terms of this agreement until full payment of the entire balance, including finances charges, is paid and received. I, the undersigned, agree that my signature below is evidence of my personal guaranty, even if I sign in my corporate capacity.
