Budget Plans
At Wever Petroleum, our priority is ensuring all our Capital District, Saratoga, and Lake George Region customers can afford the fuel they need to keep their homes warm and comfortable throughout the cold season. That’s why we offer various pricing plans that can work for any budget. Our budget plans are only open for enrollment from May through June of each year.
ENROLL IN A BUDGET PLANOur Pricing Programs
REGULAR BUDGET
We sell you Bioheat® fuel, propane, or our Winter Blend at our daily retail price. The price is subject to change up or down with the market.
CAPPED BUDGET
We sell you Bioheat® fuel, propane, or our Winter Blend for a capped price. With this plan, if the market price goes down, your price will go down but will never go above your set per gallon price.
Both budget plans run for one full year, beginning June 1 and ending May 31. Enrollment is only open from May through June.

CAPPED PRE-PAID
We sell you Bioheat® fuel, propane, or our Winter Blend for a capped price. With this plan, if the market price goes down, your price will go down but will never go above your set per gallon price.
Both pre-paid plans run for one full year beginning June 1 and ending May 31. Enrollment is only open from May through June.
ENROLL IN A PRE-PAID PLANC.O.D. Customers
Individuals who prefer to pay as they go are welcome here at Wever Petroleum. C.O.D. customers must be at home when their Bioheat® fuel or propane is delivered, and a discount is available for C.O.D. customers who pay with cash at time of delivery (10 cents per gallon). If you prefer, you can give us your credit or debit card over the phone, and if we have your card on file, you can sign up for automatic delivery at any time.
